On the whole the same source reported 6 percent of babies had birth weight less than 2500 grams. Several studies on the impact of the work done by the pregnant woman to the fetus have been carried out, including studies conducted by Manshande et al., (1987) who compared pregnant women who perform heavy physical activity in the last week of pregnancy in pregnant women who do not perform physical activity (breaks) in the last weeks of pregnancy. In this study it was reported that all infants born full-term and the long break has a strong influence on birth weight infants, where there is an increase in birth weight of 334 grams on the baby girl, but there was no difference in the birth weight of a baby boy.

The research objective consists of the general objective is to determine whether or not the relationship type of physical labor for expectant mothers with a birth weight babies in hospitals Prof. DR. W.Z.Johannes Kupang in 2010.

This research is explanatory research with design Cross-sectional Study. The study population is all the mothers in hospitals inpartu Prof. DR. Respondents who had parity ≤ 4 (84%) gave birth to infants with birth weight 2500-4000 grams, while 3 respondents (6%) with parity> 4 having a baby with birth weight 2500-4000 grams. While the majority of respondents (82%) with a gestational age range 37-42 weeks of having a baby with birth weight 2500-4000 grams, while 4 respondents (8%) with a gestational age <37 weeks of having a baby with a birth weight of 2500-4000 grams.

Conclusion that most of the mothers inpartu heavy physical activity based total energy released by the average birth weight of 2500-4000 grams. Statistical analysis states that there is no significant relationship between maternal physical work during pregnancy with birth weight infants.
2013-12-04T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN IUFD DI RSUD ENDE 2018-03-14T13:10:27+00:00 SULANSI SULANSI HENDRIKUS MBIRA, HM
Intra-uterine fetal death (IUFD), the death of the fetus in the womb with a gestational age > 22 weeks and fetal weight > 500 grams. A perception on body shape or size is considered a cause of unhealthy eating habit in adolescents. This wrong perception is then followed by food consumption limitation, avoiding certain kinds of food without paying attention on nutrition standard and health which finally leads to under nutrition caused by insufficient energy and iron intakes. Health status will decrease in an individual with underweight, overweight, and obesity statuses compared to that with normal nutritional status. This was an observational study with a crosssectional study design. In this study, the measurement of the independent variable (perception on body shape) and the dependent variable (nutritional status) is done to 134 female students of senior high schools in Palangka Raya Municipality. The prevalence of adolescent girls experiencing nutritional problems either under nutrition or over nutrition was 48.5%. There was a relationship between a perception on body shape and adolescents’ nutritional status. In adolescents with perception in disagreement with their body shape, they had a onetime greater chance of experiencing underweight (95% CI: 0.42-2.35) and a 3.9 time greater chance of experiencing overweight (95% CI: 1.59-9.64). In representing their body shape, adolescents tend to experience overestimation and underestimation. In this adolescent group, a prevalence of greater nutritional problems is more likely to be found.
2013-12-04T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## ANALYSES ON FACTORS AFFECTING TB INFECTION IN CHILDREN LIVING AT THE SAME HOUSE WITH TB PATIENTS AT WAINGAPU PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER, EAST SUMBA REGENCY EAST NUSA TENGGARA PROVINCE 2018-03-14T13:10:28+00:00 YOSEF LAKA
Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is a major problem encountered by the majority of the world communities, particularly those living in developing countries. It is estimated that out of 100,000 people of Indonesia, 119 suffered from positive acid fast bacillus lung TB, 15% of which were children. In 2007, in East Sumba Timur Regency there were 300 adults and 242 children suffering from positive acid fast bacillus lung TB. Prevalence of lung TB in the regency was 73.3%, presumably because of the high risk of infection particularly caused by direct contact with TB patients living in the same house. The study was to find out factors affecting TB infection in children living together with lung TB patients.

Method: The study was a descriptive study with cross sectional design. Sample of the study were 55 children of 0-20 years in age living in the same house with the positive acid fast bacillus lung TB patients who were undergoing medication or post medication for 1 year. The samples were obtained using a total sampling technique with questionnaires, body weighting, and TB measurement as research instruments. Data analysis used a frequency distribution table.

Result: Result of the study showed that out of 55 respondents investigated, there were factors affecting the incidence of TB infection in children living at the same house with TB patients. Occupation affected knowledge (Pvalue = 0.000), behavior (Pvalue = 0.000), nutrition status (Pvalue = 0.000) and immunization status (Pvalue = 0.053), while age affected knowledge (Pvalue = 0.000), behavior (Pvalue = 0.000), nutrition status (Pvalue = 0.000), immunization status (Pvalue = 0.053), occupation density of 61.8% with a ‘moderately dense’ category, and unqualified residential condition of 58.2%.

Conclusion: It can be known that occupation with knowledge, behavior, and nutrition status, It can be known that age with knowledge, behavior, nutrition status, occupation density, and residential condition TB infection in children living at the same house with TB patients.
